These Terms and Conditions form a legally binding agreement between you (“customer”, “you”) and American Bin Washers, LLC (“American Bin Washers”, “company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our services, you accept and agree to these terms, which apply to the trash bin cleaning services provided by us.

These Terms also govern your access to our website (http://www.americanbinwashers.com) and related media (collectively, the “Site”). By accessing the Site, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms.

Service

American Bin Washers provides mobile cleaning services for residential and commercial trash bins, typically on a subscription basis.

Customer Responsibilities

To receive service, you must ensure:
- Trash bins are empty and placed by the curb or alley.
- Bins are free from un-bagged trash and hazardous materials.
- Any skipped service must be communicated the day before.
- Vacation holds require notification 7 days in advance.

Failure to meet these conditions may result in service refusal and a minimum $10 fee. Severely damaged bins will not be cleaned.

Company Responsibilities

We will notify you before service and attempt to service bins on our planned route. If service cannot be performed due to weather or maintenance, we will reschedule without charge. Designated bins will be tagged, and only tagged bins will be serviced.

Charges

You agree to pay all service charges. We may adjust pricing, which will be communicated via our website or email. Services continue until canceled, and changes to your service plan must be made 7 days in advance. Payments will be automatically charged based on your selected plan.

Referral Program

Existing customers may receive $10 credit for each new referral. We reserve the right to modify this program at any time.

Modifications to Terms

We may modify these Terms by posting updates on our website or via email.

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to change our services for customer benefit without notice.

Payment Issues

We can suspend or terminate services due to rejected payments. A $10 fee applies for rejected transactions. It’s your responsibility to maintain valid payment information.

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time with 14 days' notice. If canceled early, a minimum service fee will apply based on completed visits. (Monthly 3 services required, Quarterly & Semi-Annual 2 services required)
